EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK IN AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE!!!  Due to increased printing and mailing costs, MCTM is asking all conference attendees to again pick up their materials at the registration table during the conference (see hours below). You will receive a packet containing your name badge, your meal ticket, and a receipt for conference registration payment (if applicable) at the registration table. You will also be able to pick up a name badge holder and an updated program when you check in at the registration table.

Conference Registration Information

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registration will be available for an additional $5 for each day registered.

The only confirmation you will receive will be by email and will be sent to attendees that have their registration in by Friday, NOVEMBER 17, 2009. CANCELLATION POLICY

If your request for a refund is received in writing by 4:30 p.m. on 11/17/09, MCTM will refund 50% of your registration fee.  If you registered with a purchase order, your school will be billed for only 50% of the registration fee if written notification is received by that date and time. After that date, no refunds will be given. No telephone requests for refunds will be honored.

Missouri Council of Teachers of Mathematics
